Developed during the Car Design Master at Milan-based Scuola Politecnica di Design, the Lamborghini Indomable is a study of a production sportscar based on the Gallardo and with a design inspired by modern jetfighters.

Lamborghini Indomable ConceptThe Lamborghini Indomable was developed by Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa and Alberto Fernandez Albilares at the SPD Master in collaboration with Lamborghini, under the supervision of Filipo Perini, head of the Centro Stile and designer Alessandro Salvagnin.

The Indomable is a production concept based in the Gallardo package.

It is inspired in the new generation stealth jetfighters like the F22 Raptor.

The engine cover is inspired by the functional system of the F22 which features invisible weapons bay doors and the typical zig zag assembly pattern.

The "Y" shape at the center leaves the V10 engine visible through a glass surface.

As Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa explains, "Soft transitions between the surfaces with hard cuts are the main design cues. These create the functional elements of the car."

"The side view shows an abstraction of a folded wing, which gives the feeling that the car is waiting for the action, like a jetfighter before the take off in a carrier."

At the rear, the tail light also acts as a wing and integrates LED lights with a honeycomb shape protected by a transparent cover, while the large diffuser stands out from the other parts.
